Worcester, MA — April 24, 2015 — Data released by Medicare ranks Century Homecare as one of the top performers in the state and 2nd in Central Massachusetts. Century Homecare’s 13% re-hospitalization rate for the 4th quarter of 2014 was well below the state average of 17%.
